What to Expect

Each spring, the Lake Lanier Boat Show brings together hundreds of boats, leading marine brands, and trusted dealers for a three-day event on the docks at Margaritaville at Lanier Islands.

Attendees can walk the docks, step aboard a wide range of boat styles, and speak directly with local experts. From first-time buyers to experienced boaters ready to upgrade, the show provides a convenient way to explore your options in one place.

In addition to boats, guests can enjoy lake life vendors, waterfront views, and a family-friendly atmosphere right on Lake Lanier.

Common Questions

  • Should I buy my tickets online or can I get them the day of the show?

    We recommend you purchase tickets online through this website before the show. Tickets will grant you free resort gate access to Lanier Islands, as well as free parking. For those who prefer to purchase tickets in person on the day of the event, they will be available at the entrance to Margaritaville at Lanier Islands, where the event will be hosted.

    Will I need to print my tickets out to bring to the show?

    There’s no need to print your tickets, but you will need to be able to access them on your mobile device for entry.

    What is your refund policy?

    All ticket sales to The Lake Lanier Boat Show are final. No refunds or exchanges. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be altered.

  • Can I get to the show via boat?

    Given the fact that many of the slips will be used to display boats for sale, we encourage Boat Show attendees to come by land. There will be plenty of parking spaces, parking is already included with your ticket.

    Is parking included with my ticket?

    Yes, the Lanier Islands gate & parking fee is included with your ticket.

  • What will happen in the event of inclement weather the weekend of the boat show?

    If inclement weather impacts the weekend of The Lake Lanier Boat Show, event organizers may plan to reschedule. For updates, join our email list and follow us on social media.

  • Is handicap parking available?

    Yes, we have handicap parking available. If you have further questions about accessibility, please email ashlyn@concept365.com.

  • Is this event kid-friendly?

    Yes! The Lake Lanier Boat Show welcomes guests of all ages. Courtesy life jackets for children are available from the Lake Lanier Association on the docks.

    Can I bring a stroller?

    Yes, strollers are welcome. Although, the docks may become crowded and difficult to navigate at times, and there are stairs on the walk to the docks.

  • Are pets allowed at The Lake Lanier Boat Show?

    Service animals are permitted in all areas of the Show. However, pets are only allowed in designated areas at LandShark Landing. Since those areas do not include the docks or show boats, it might be best to leave pets at home for this event.
